Second interview

Two days ago, I went for my second interview and they reassured me that i am selected for this position. But they need to reconfirm with the Principal who was not present throughout the interviews, and promised to give me a call to inform me the branch that I will be posted to work. From ystday afternoon till evening, not a single ring on my cellphone from that company. Does it signals that I have been rejected for this job OR were they just simply too BUSY to remind me ? i have a hunch that sth is not right... woman's intuition~
